(1) The chairman and members of the Commission shall observe the following official dignity:- (a) To protect and promote the rights and interests of the Dalit community and to empower the Dalit community independently, impartially and honestly. Sustainer,
(b) Not to do anything that disturbs the relations between different castes, communities and sects,
(2) The chairman and members of the commission shall follow the official conduct according to this Act or prevailing laws.
